When cleaning wheels and tires, I use OPC, mixed 5:1, in a foam sprayer, let it dwell for a bit, then agitate it the appropriate brush. I often have to clean the tires again to thoroughly remove all of the browning, especially on tires that haven’t been washed in a while.
