May have to slightly enlarge the holes in the top cap but only very slightly. 10-32 screws are much more commonly available in US as well. No problems. There's a rubber O ring, and if you take out three of the screws, the O ring will tilt the bowl over making it much harder to get the last one out. The correct procedure is to loosen every screw by the smallest amount you can - no more than 1/4 turn - before you take any of them out.
